"My order wasn’t showing the right shipping..."
My order wasn’t showing the right shipping update, and I was a little annoyed at first. I emailed Cumulus Coffee and it took about a day to get a reply... not super quick, but not terrible either.
Once they got back to me, they looked into it and sorted everything out without making it complicated. The coffee showed up fine after that! I’d take off one star for the wait, but overall it was a good experience.

"I’ve had my Cumulus machine for a..."
I’ve had my Cumulus machine for a few months now, and overall it’s been working well. It starts up fine in the mornings, and I haven’t had any leaks or strange error messages or anything like that. The app did drop connection once or maybe twice, so that’s why I’m leaving it at 4 stars, but the machine itself has been solid. I’m happy with it so far.

"Cleaning is way more of a hassle than they made it sound"
It works okay overall, but cleaning it is annoying. They made it seem like it would be quick and easy to maintain, and that definitely hasn’t been my experience. I feel like they overpromised a bit, because it takes longer than expected and ends up being more of a chore than I was hoping for.

I was surprised by how much this keeps dripping after it finishes brewing!! It’s not a huge deal, but it gets annoying having to clean up the extra mess every time.

"Foam was weird and flat"
i mean, I was expecting the nitro foam to be smooth and creamy, but it felt kind of thin and a little gritty instead. Just didn’t have that nice texture I was hoping for

"Felt like nobody cared about the order"
I ordered from cumuluscoffee.com the flavor was fine, but my coffee showed up barely warm. I was expecting it to be hot, or at least close to it. I ended up having to microwave it myself, which kind of defeats the whole point of ordering coffee. It wasn’t the worst drink ever, but the temperature issue made it feel like my order wasn’t really paid attention to.

"Decent coffee, but the capsule selection feels limited"
The coffee tastes fine and the capsules work like they should, so no real complaints there. I just wish there were more flavors to choose from. Not saying it’s a scam, but it does feel like I keep seeing the same few options over and over, and it gets a little boring after a while

"Looks nicer than it feels"
I’ll give it credit, the machine does look nice sitting on the counter, so at least they nailed the appearance. Unfortunately, actually using it makes it feel a lot cheaper than the price suggests. A few parts feel kind of loose, and the lid doesn’t sit quite right, which is annoying. For what I paid, I expected something sturdier. Not super impressed so far

"At least reordering is easy"
I’ll give them credit, the quick reorder feature does work and saves me some time. But then I get to checkout and it suddenly feels like I’m the one being punished for trying to buy the same thing again. It’s a bit clunky and more frustrating than it needs to be...

"Shipping took way too long"
I ordered from Cumuluscoffee the shipping was painfully slow. I kept checking the tracking, but it barely seemed to move for days, which got frustrating. By the time it finally arrived, I was already annoyed and didn’t really feel excited to try it anymore. It kind of made me lose confidence in ordering from them again if this is how long delivery takes

"Just didn’t have the kick I needed"
I was really hoping this would be strong enough for espresso, but even the dark one tasted weak to me. Shipping was fine, no issues there, but the main thing I wanted was a solid kick and that basically got missed. Kind of frustrating when it’s such a basic expectation for espresso. I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

"A little bulkier than I expected"
The coffee itself comes out totally fine, so it’s not even about that. I just didn’t realize how much space this machine would take up on my counter. It’s not massive or anything, but in my small kitchen it feels a little awkward and takes up more room than I’d like. I just wish the footprint was a bit slimmer

"Flavor didn’t really do it for me"
I really wanted to like this, especially because I’ve been trying a few different coffees lately for my morning cup before work, but this one just tasted kind of flat to me. It didn’t have much depth or richness, and there was a bit of a bitter aftertaste that stuck around longer than I wanted. I’m not super picky, but for the price, I was expecting a more interesting flavor. I’m sure some people might be fine with it, but it wasn’t really for me.

I’ll give it credit, the coffee tastes good once it’s finally done. But it takes longer to brew than I expected, even if I’m only making one cup. In the mornings, I just don’t love standing around waiting for it. It’s fine if you’re not in a rush, but for me it’s a little too slow.

i found the coffee stuff quickly, so that part was fine. some pages loaded a little slow though, and i had to poke around more than i expected to find a few things. checkout worked in the end, no real issues there. overall it’s not bad, just not the smoothest site i’ve used

"Warranty return was more hassle than I expected"
My machine had a problem, so I figured the warranty return would be straightforward, but it ended up taking way too many emails. The replies were slow, and the next steps weren’t always clear, which made me worry I was going to lose out on time, money, or even getting it fixed properly. It did get sorted in the end, but the whole process was frustrating and way more stressful than it needed to be.

"Good value, though not the cheapest"
I’m happy with it overall. The coffee tastes good, and the pods feel worth the money, but it can add up if you’re drinking a lot every day. It’s still fair for the quality, though. I’d buy it again.

"Box showed up totally smashed"
The box got here all crushed up, and the packaging was just really flimsy. The coffee bag had split open too, so there were grounds everywhere and it was just... not great.
